Do I have cellulite on my stomach because of fast weight loss?

Ive lost about 18-20 lbs in the last 3 months and i noticed a bit of cellulite. I’m only 14, 5’1 and im 121 lbs now. I work out, eat healthy and am planning to lose 10-15 more lbs. Will it go away when i lose more?

a healthy life style should definately help. don’t freak about it just yet. the most important thing to stay away from is caffine. 14 years old, dont be so worried…just maintain a healthy life.

What are some good ways for teens to lose weight?

I want to drop some weight form semi formal, in a few months so help me out thanks :)
if you mantain your normal diet, but drink a lot of water, you will lose weight. i lost 3 pounds from just drinking the recommended water servings in 1 week.

Are there any good weight loss sites for teens that aren’t obese?

I’ve tried searching google and everything I find it for obese teens I only want to lose 15 or 20 pounds.
I don’t know any sites. I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding. These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform. I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises. I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them. I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, white flour products, and fast food. I try to get a good night’s sleep each night.
