weight loss for teenagers help?
mmkay so ive asked a billion questions about my weight and i havent found any answers theyve all been judgemental answers, and i need a true understanding answer. im almost 14 and ive had soo many problems at school because of drama, and my weight. ive switched schools like 3 times already, and im sick of being fat! i think i weigh like 120 – 130, and i think thats just ridiculous for my age. im reallly wide and i do have a little belly.
i dont look super huge but i dont look skinny at all! ive cut back on fast food and i rarely eat it. ive been eating alotta special k lately with soymilk, but everyday i just feel fattter and fatter, i wear a size 4 in american eagle shorts and i really want to fit into a 1 or 2 like i used to.
im just sick of not being normal, i dont want to be judged on my weight ive been judged for 2 years now and im sick and tired of it. i desperately need help!!
Stay under 1,200 calories for 3 weeks and I guarantee you will lose at least 15 pounds, I did. 5 pounds per week. Go as long as you want, but be sure to get all the nutrients youy need, try taking mutlivitamins while you are dieting, so you dont go pale.
I also.. -Went for a 30 minute fast walk each day. -Drank at least 8 glasses of water. -Stayed away from junk/fatty/oily foods. -Dont eat 3 hours before you go to sleep.

lower your rice consumption.
eat vegetables
stop eating fatty foods.
learn how to read the nutrition information at the back of almost every food that are packed.
eat water while you’re eating and not after you finish eating.

It’s good that you have cut out fast foods.
What you need to be aware of is the fact that fat doesn’t just ‘drop’ off. it takes weeks. Months, in some cases.
But, in order to lose weight in a healthy way you need to be eating healthy (and reasonable portions of food) and to compliment the healthy eating (it won’t work otherwise) you need to EXERCISE! Now, this is as simple as cycling or walking if you aren’t the runner-type. If you have a dog, walk that or find a neighbour/friend who has one and walk theirs.
Dogs really do encourage you to exercise plus you look like a pro while you’re at it!
Good Luck and remember – you need to want to do this for YOU not for anyone else. Be sensible and don’t go overboard.

You have the same name as my bestfriend. and the same weight.
Anyways, DON’T stress about your weight, that will only make it worse! Dieting- It doesn’t work out. It’s proven that you need to eat more calories to loose more calories. But- no that doesn’t mean 2 cheese burgers,fries, and a cookie dough shake from wendys, only eat around 6 small meals everyday. those ranging from 6 hours each apart. ofcouse’ to help it you will need to excersize. do 50 sit ups, Keep doing them reguraly every 3 hours. Also with that, do 20 things of 6 inches (Lift your feet up off the ground 6 inches, and hold it there for a minute.- it burns in your ab aera- it works!) That’s it.
I’ve lost about 2 pounds so far over a 2 week period of time. But hey.. better than +2 pounds.

Also CUT your soda. and drink only water and milk. I haven’t touched soda in a year. it’s easy to give it up.

ok read til the end well i think youve already been told youre not fat some people would kill to be in a size 4 ok and rarely eating is a HUGE problem you dont want your metabolism shutting down cause then it will store any fat for later since you rarely eat so make sure you eat a lite snake at least every 3 to 4 hours and if you wanna get rid of fat do cardio like jogging or dancing stuff like that theres tons of videos on youtube for cardio and since you are so young special k may not be working on you the way it works on older women remember since you are at that age your body is changing i know alot of girls who were i guess chunky and after the matured a little (body wise) they lost alot of weight so you have to be patient plus you make think people are judging you r weight but theyre not and american eagle jeans are sized weirdly i wear a size 9 in some jeans and a size 3 in s different sytle but both from american eagle so i hoped i helped and try to focus on stuff like education cause if u dont look the way you want (which shouldnt really matter) you can get a great paying job and get plastic surgery lol jk but good luck and if you go to self.com they have great exercising moves that REALLY help
