		<description>&lt;b&gt;I have been trying ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I have been trying to get an answer to my problem.  10 yrs ago I fell broke my Rt humerus slammed Lt elbow when landing, Permanent nerve damage sympathtic dystrophy syndrome. Flabby arms, VERY painful to lift weights like shown with elbow constantly bent.  Have tried.  When swimming, I use 2 filled water bottles taped duct tape, pain! I think that I will probably turn to plastic  surgery. Any suggestions?  of course as I loose weight and keep swimming the flab will tighten up somewhat.</description>
