I’m 14, 5′9 and 210. I feel your pain. Seriously. If you’re like me, food is your problem. Exercise is too, but I’m like..addicted to food. What I’m been starting to do is Dance Dance Revolution. There is this thing called Workout mode where it shows you how many calories you burn. Try walking on a treadmill too. Walk fast for about a week, then run on and off. I’m still trying to get motivated. I hope it’s easier for you than it is for me.

get involved in sports or any outdoor activity, walking is also a good way to loose a few pounds. Avoid snacking late at night, that can really get ya, if you eat and go to bed your not doing anything to burn off those extra carbs and calories.

Ok. First of all, if at all possible, join one of the sport teams at your school. Do not care what people think (I joined the wrestling team at 192 lbs. all fat) A school sport is one of the greatest boosts a guy can get in order to start a healtheir life. I am no longer wresting and am 138 lbs. If you really dont want to join a team, then simply start running as long as you can (even if that is 5 minutes) You will soon be able to run for longer. After a few months of pure aerobics add some resistance training. WARNING! This does not mean lift weights! You are waaaaaayyyy too young to lift weights. Only use light resistance with aerobic exercises for now.
Also, I do not care what anyone says. If you want to lose wieght the right way, DO NOT cut good carbs, or good fat from your diet. This does not mean eat twinkies and Burger King. I am talking about complex carbs found in grains, fruits and veggies that release slowly so your body is not shocked into storing them as fat. Also, if you do not give your body the essential fat that it needs, it will eat at your MUSCLE first.

Actually, you don’t have to diet per se to lose weight, the sole method which really worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been featured in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away twenty five pounds, it really does work!
