I am 16 yrs old and I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of the summer. What are some exercise dvds that have worked for teens wanting to lose weight in less then 4 months?

If you have started losing weight, just remember it’s a question of will. Keep doing what your’re doing, stay away from junk food and sodas, and you will feel more healthier and alive than never before.

There are so many..I think it comes down to what you will DO regularly…personally I get aggravated with ones that have too many moves and then I don’t end up doing it! lol…silly I know…but that’s me! I actually liked a couple by Leslie Sansone – now…I’m not a religious person…but she is christian or something and once in a while she make mention of some Amens or hallelujahs…lol – but seriously you work up a good sweat depending on what version you get…etc…cardio is what you need to lose weight…
Again..you just have to see what’s out there..can start at your Library for now and check them out for free!

p90x is by far the best exercise dvd to lose weight and get in shape. But don’t take it lightly, it is an extreme program that is very very intense!
