White rice turns to sugar in your body, rice cakes are a BAD carb, useless nutritionally. They are correct. Switching to brown rice and lean (skinless/boneless) chicken, salads, fruit and veggies, and salmon…and drinking tons of water along with excersize will make you drop weight.

you can eat any …
you can eat any food you want and still lose weight, but its the AMOUNT of food and the frequency of what you eat which is involved in weight loss. eat only when hungry and then make sure these are smaller portions. excercise isnt essential, but it helps and makes you feel good

I gained a lot of weight last year. I think it was because I started drinking 2 litres of soda a day – I needed quick energy. I was so addicted to sugar, I had to gradually start diluting it in water until I could switch to water all together. I wish my will power was better, but it worked. Time to get fit again!
