you can have a much healthier diet being vegan if you eat right. if you don’t watch your diet while being vegan it will be much more unhealthy for you. health supplements help for what you are missing in your diet.

using the sierras system i lost 7 pounds in two days (with a of a lot of exercze (10000 steps) and eating 800 calories less then usually and trying to stay below 20 grams of fat a day

If you’re planning …
If you’re planning to lose 15 pounds and keep it off, eat 5 healthy portioned meals everyday (Don’t Cheat or you’ll gain it back), and excercise 4 or 5X a week. The best excercise is 1 hour running or jogging at your own pace, followed by 5 sets each pushups/ situps.
