I don't want to start a diet if it's unsafe, but i want to lose weight. Can you help?

alexa, just my opinion ,,ok? first, understand what you are eating! if you must have junk foods,, eat some but important Push the Plate away after 1/2 is gone,, dieting is not healthy, just realize who you are,, what you want to weigh and be careful… to me thats the best way to lose weight and keep weight normal… goodluck
