Do you know of any safe weight loss programs for teens?

I don't want to start a diet if it's unsafe, but i want to lose weight. Can you help?

alexa, just my opinion ,,ok? first, understand what you are eating! if you must have junk foods,, eat some but important Push the Plate away after 1/2 is gone,, dieting is not healthy, just realize who you are,, what you want to weigh and be careful… to me thats the best way to lose weight and keep weight normal… goodluck

weight loss for teenagers help?

mmkay so ive asked a billion questions about my weight and i havent found any answers theyve all been judgemental answers, and i need a true understanding answer. im almost 14 and ive had soo many problems at school because of drama, and my weight. ive switched schools like 3 times already, and im sick of being fat! i think i weigh like 120 – 130, and i think thats just ridiculous for my age. im reallly wide and i do have a little belly.

i dont look super huge but i dont look skinny at all! ive cut back on fast food and i rarely eat it. ive been eating alotta special k lately with soymilk, but everyday i just feel fattter and fatter, i wear a size 4 in american eagle shorts and i really want to fit into a 1 or 2 like i used to.

im just sick of not being normal, i dont want to be judged on my weight ive been judged for 2 years now and im sick and tired of it. i desperately need help!!

 

Stay under 1,200 calories for 3 weeks and I guarantee you will lose at least 15 pounds, I did. 5 pounds per week. Go as long as you want, but be sure to get all the nutrients youy need, try taking mutlivitamins while you are dieting, so you dont go pale.

I also.. -Went for a 30 minute fast walk each day. -Drank at least 8 glasses of water. -Stayed away from junk/fatty/oily foods. -Dont eat 3 hours before you go to sleep.
