I’m 16 years old 4′11 and weigh 125 and I have a small frame with big hips and my doctor says I should weigh around 100 pounds
and I have tried almost everything. Any ideas on how to loose weight fast?
Any exercise you do is great but not necessary, but great for many other reasons than simply dropping weight.
The secret to attaining a healthy weight is in one’s state of mind and the best tool used is hypnosis so that you eat what you really want to eat and find that what you really want to eat is far more nutritious and less in quantity than you dreamed possible and you literally forget about junk food or eating exessively.
If you get the connection between emotional eating and stress as you’ll find at http://dstressdoc.com/BingeEatingEbook.htm
you can keep any thing from standing in your way and build a healthy self image.

I am 16 yrs old and I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of the summer. What are some exercise dvds that have worked for teens wanting to lose weight in less then 4 months?
The quick weight loss methods ussually do not provide lasting results, so you should be warry about that.Eat small, healthy meals frequently. Five small-serving snacks per day is better than three hearty meals.Watch your fat intake.Fat is not the culprit to being overweight. You need this to keep your weight at the proper level.
Here’s some other quick tips for you:
* Do not skip meals. Skipping meals slicks the body into slowing down the metabolism, attempting to conserve calories during a period where limited fats and fuel are available. Remember that eating increases the metabolism.
* Good cooking and healthy eating begins with learning about nutrition and how to prepare healthy recipes.
* As much as possible do not remove the skins of fruits and vegetables since most of the nutrients are concentrated under the skin.
* Make pasta a fast food choice – preparing a pasta meal or salad will only take 10-12 minutes.
* Substitute baking soda, baking powder, MSG and soya sauce in cooking.
If you have started losing weight, just remember it’s a question of will. Keep doing what your’re doing, stay away from junk food and sodas, and you will feel more healthier and alive than never before.

What if a teenage boy around 14, had hair loss and lost weight about 4 pounds of normal weight, what diagnosis is that? Is it cancer, lukekimia, or something else? If it’s cancer or lukekimia what stage is this? Tell me real facts!
)
We can’t diagnose you by those 2 symptoms alone nor are we medical practioners. It MIGHT be cancer, it can also be stress. You need to get a blood test to determine what REALLY is going on with your body. Talk about your concerns with your doctor.
