Weight Loss For Teenagers. Help Please?

im 13 and im a girl. turning 14 in a couple months. i wanna go on a diet. im not fat at all. i just wanna get in better shape for summer and i wanna make varsity soccer next year for hs. what kind of foods would u recommend that i should have. i work out a lot so i knwo what i need to do for that. I cant change my dinner menus cause my parents make the dinners. and i dont wanna go on those lemonade diets cause im too young. thanks!

Well, make sure that you go on a HEALTHY diet. Don’t try to starve yourself.

I just had health food and we learned about good ways to diet so when you eat a meal, make sure that it doesnt have too many calories in all. Also, for each meal, have at least one food from each category on the food pyramid.
