Everything To Know About Weight Loss For Teenagers
Is Alli Weight Loss Pill good for teenagers?
I went to my local Walgreens and bought the Alli starter kit thing. I was reading the label, and it said “18 or older adults” but nowhere did it say it was/wasn’t good for younger teens. Any help?

Alli is a diuretic and a laxative. It is very dangerous for people under the age of 18 to take it because the dosage is measure out for someone with an adult metabolism. Do not look for shortcuts because more often than not, they do not work. Nothing will work better than living a healthy lifestyle.

No, dieting pills are not good for teenagers. Teens are still growing and if you diet without need you could stundt your growth and do permanent damage to your body.
Try this:
I am a vegetarian. Since becoming one I have been losing weight. You could try to become one also. If you enjoy meat too much you could try being vegetarian for 6 days a week and then pleasuring yourself with meat one day a week.
I am a gymnast. We have one hour of conditioning before our 3 hour session even begins. Here is what we usually do:
100 pushups (regular)
3 minute pushup holds in down position
50 wide bodied pushups
50 diamond push ups
50 v-ups (lay on your back and pull your feet and upper body up, you should feel it in your stomach)
5 minutes of holding your body in hollow
3 minute handstands
75 Squat Jumps
5 minute jump rope
50 tuck jumps
This is an easy day without any equipment. You can tone these down to make a shorter and easier work out. Then you can build up. I am 13 and have a 6 pack from doing this 3 days a week, one hour.
I hope this helps you!

Read the instructions and warnings. You will get explosive, oily diarrhea, and oily anal leakage. The booklet tells to to carry a change of clothes. It is guaranteed that you will sh*t yourself. Take it back NOW!

alli just makes you have diahrea (sp?) if you eat something bad while taking them
so that when you take them you wont eat bad things cause you know you could get diahrea without warning

weight watchers is better.
diet pills suck, they do weird stuff to your body and leave you wondering why you have a hole in one of your organs.
They could make your heart start to race, they could make your large intestine start acting irregular, you could get dizzy, dehydrated, experience anal leakage…yuck!
try the weight watchers thing. they can help, its not just for old ppl, there are groups of young ppl as well. with nearly 2 out of three americans being overweight to obese, you're not alone!!!
Good Luck…and be nice to your body.

Only if you don't mind pooping your pants in the middle of class. Seriously. Read up on it. Alli even states that more than half of those who take it experience a loss of control with their bowels. Yeah, real fun.
