Weight loss for teenagers?
I’m 16 years old 4’11 and weigh 125 and I have a small frame with big hips and my doctor says I should weigh around 100 pounds
and I have tried almost everything. Any ideas on how to loose weight fast?
Any exercise you do is great but not necessary, but great for many other reasons than simply dropping weight.

well first off. Don’t do diets. because you eat all healthy and thenn like eat normall and gain your weight back.
first tip: drink a tonnn of water, it fills you up, and is good for you.
(wayy better then soda too.) nextt workout for 30 minutes a day, and start eating healthy. being healthy isn’t just anything, it’s a lifestyle.

Yay. Finally someone that is just as short as me.
I also have weight problems.

breakfast: slimfast shake
lunch: half of a turkey sandwich with veggies or fruit or both,
and dinner: a salad with one peice of chicken and cheese and ranch dressing.
snacks: nutrigrian bars, fruits and veggies.
Im starting this diet on monday
I am going to do about 45 of cardio
50 situps
50 push ups
50 jumping jacks
etc.

Work out 5 times a week at your gym, on the treadmill, learn how to work out on the machines there. Eat healthy, switch to skim milk, low fat yogurt, cheese, 100 calorie packs etc. Cut out fried, greasy foods like cheeseburgers, pizza, etc. You can still eat these things just not often. And don’t deprive yourself. Go on Weight Watchers… you can have a chocolate ice cream sandwich every day. Seriously, its all about portion control. You can enjoy things in moderation. Drink lots of water.
I actually need to lose 25 lbs, too! I know how it feels. Good luck girl!
EDIT: You can lose this weight in a few months but don’t expect to lose it instantaneously. Also, the Wii Fit actually DOES work because I use it and have lost 3 lbs in a week!

Don’t eat any junk food, and eat a variety of foods not just things that taste good. Also, make sure you EAT! If you try starving yourselfyour metabolism will slow down, and the food you eat will take longer to turn into energy and just store the fat from the foods you do eat. And when you take diet pills, or vitamins, exercise to help them work.

It is feasible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight fast then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 7 pounds in recent times when I had a special celebration to go to, and I did it by following the instruction presented on the website in the box below.
