Whats a fast easy way to lose weight for teens??
I am 15 and so basically, I can’t do diet pill, or anything expensive. Im 5’3 and 160 lbs. I really want to be atleast 120 lbs by April or May, cause I have a bunch of stuff I need to look good at. I really would like any suggestions anyone has to help me!
That is too much weight to lose in such a short time. Don’t reduce your calorie intake below about 1500. You body will start to shut down as a famine response.
You should focus on looking better. You can do that with exercises. Start off slow and add more each day. You might not not lose the weight, but you will look better. Muscles weigh more then fat, so weight is not a good measurement. You should be more worried about body mass index (BMI).
A benefit of having more muscle mass is muscles burn more calories then fat.

I would go on the special K diet and lose 6lbs in 2 weeks, or the atkins diet which is basically a 0 carb diet.

Everyone looks for a fast and easy way to lose weight. Although this sounds cliché, the easiest way to lose weight is certainly portion control. As long as you’re not eating terribly already, you can continue eating what you’re eating, but just cut your portions down. An increase in fiber and protein will help keep you feeling full.

ok i would go anorexic but that’s just me! eat more fruits and veggis and exercise every day! and stick to it don’t quit!

First of all don’t starve yourself. Second, I read in a magazine you can get really healthy and loose weight by eating dinner for breakfast and therefore a light cereal breakfast for dinner. Same food, as long as you eat well. PLUS, it’s acctually a better balance than our north american one! Great habit to get into! But doesn’t work unless you follow Canada’s Food Guide. So remeber, dinner for breakfast!

First of all
NO STARVING YOURSELF!!!
Start of the day right. Eat a nutritious cereal in a small portion. Try to drink lots of water and eat healthy snacks (once in midmorning and once midafternoon). Try exercising too. During commercials when you are watching TV do as many situps, pushups, or stretches as you can or to them to your favorite songs. Within no time you will be seeing the healthier and skinnier new you!!!

I am 13 years old, 5’4” and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:
Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home
Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :]
